My entire career has been about developing, funding, and protecting Intellectual Capital, a natural progression from proposals to patents. I started out as a bench chemist creating and researching new chemical and materials-physics technologies, and then began developing them into products, funding the development process through government contracts and grants worth millions of dollars by writing proposals (including SBIR /STTR). Eventually I built a solar company with private equity sources that was eventually sold. Presently, all of that technical and business experience is being brought together to protect the intellectual capital of businesses and individuals through the patent, trademark, and copyright process at Lathrop & Gage, LLP, a national law firm with 10 offices around the United States.
I look forward to working with you to derive great value from your Intellectual Capital!
