From Proposals to Patents
Rande Treece’s entire career has been about developing, funding, and protecting Intellectual Capital, a natural progression from proposals to patents. He started out as a bench chemist creating and researching new chemical and materials-physics technologies. He began developing them into products, funding the development process through government contracts and grants worth millions of dollars by writing proposals (including SBIR /STTR). He built a solar company with private equity sources that was eventually sold. He is presently a patent agent with Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP bringing all of his technical and business experience together to protect the intellectual capital of businesses and individuals through the patent, trademark, and copyright process.
Please contact him at RTreece@BHFS.com, if you have any questions about intellectual capital, and the creation, development, and protection of your new ideas and inventions with patents, trademarks, or copyrights.
